Dreams and Delusions

its hard for me to confess anything negative about myself because i want to be perfect and want others to think im perfect its so wierd. Does anyone else feel this way???? that they have to be perfect or others will judge them??

Favorite Diet Food: carrots, iceberg lettuce, banans, eggs, apples
Favorite Binge food: penut butter, peanuts, almonds, ice cream
Favorite exercise: running
What makes you slip? School, being not busy. bordom. stress about school work i have to get done
What makes you strong? when i eat absolutly 100% healthy and working out
When did it start? ever since i can remember ive always thought i could lose more weight (but in reality ive always been skinny)
What do you see when you look in the mirror? a skinny girl that could be skinnyier becuase if i have fat on my body people will know i binge ate and thats gross. so fat to me = GROSS but only on my own body. on other it dosnt matter unless thier morbidyl obease

Do you drink? for fun with friends on weekends
Do you smoke? No but im thinking about buying cigs

Does your weight affect your mood? yes, well more how i see my body but yes eating all that affects my mood!!!!

Have you ever fasted? umm for a day
Have you ever skipped a meal? yes but mainly because i had snacks before and after
Have you ever spit food out? yes

Do others consider you skinny? yyes everyone says im skinnny and tall

Why do you want to lose more weight?so i can be perfect in my eyes and others eyes.
